Kelly Hirsch

Kelly is responsible for enhancing ESG integration processes and frameworks for the investment team.

Prior to joining VCIM, Kelly worked in a variety of roles in retail banking, where she was exposed to the challenges local businesses face in improving their environmental and social performance.

Kelly holds a bachelor of environmental science from the University of Guelph and a diploma in accounting from the University of British Columbia. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder, and is also certified as a Responsible Investment Specialist (RIS) with the Responsible Investment Association.
